Older Students (Post 16 Years)

For older students and adults, it is common for a dyslexic difficulty to be diagnosed later in education, as oftentimes dyslexic students ‘hold on’ and do their best for as long as possible but then find it difficult to cope at higher levels (GCSE/A Level preparation).  For some adults they request an assessment as a means to making sense of why school and exams were so difficult.  It is never too late for an assessment.  Please contact me to discuss how an assessment will help, regardless of age or level of study.  If a difficulty has been a life-long barrier, then an assessment and diagnosis is a powerful tool to finally explain the difficulty and remove blame.
